1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dk11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You may also close your dk11 account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
